Robin’s Tournament U9 Jamboree Game Format
Robin’s Tournament 2024 – U9 Jamboree Game Format
Greetings All U9 Coaches for the Annual Robin’s Tournament:
A couple of notes for all Coaches:
1. All U9 games will require one coach from each team to ref their own games, so please plan accordingly.
2. All U9 games will have a flood after every 2 games.
3. There is a PAMHA team scheduled to play either directly before the flood or directly after the flood. In order to keep all the games on schedule, we require all of our Robin's U9 Coaches & opposing team coaches to help move and setup the boards before and after each flood.
There will not be any other volunteers at the rink that will be responsible for this, so please let your entire coaching staff aware of this, so things run smoothly. Thanks for helping PAMHA and the Robins Tournament Committee in setting up and taking down these U9 rink boards.

II. Each team is required to dress two goaltenders, one for each half game.
III. In the two team, two half ice games model, each team will consist of up to 18 players divided into two units of 9 players. Each team unit will have 1 goaltender and 8 skaters with each shift playing 4vs4.
IV. If there are smaller numbers of teams, players can double shift to ensure there are always 4 players on the ice. Coaches must make sure all players take turns double shifting.
